FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS
If customer receive a product that is damaged or missing parts, please contact us in time, we can reissue the product or refund according to the situation. It is necessary to assume that the customer is not damaged. Everything is based on the results of the negotiations. If a refund is required, follow the store's refund policy.
In the unlikely event that you receive your item(s) in a faulty or damaged state, please notify us as soon as possible, these items will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty which is not our fault will be charged at the appropriate rate.
